Claire was able to give me the confidence and encouragement to train that bit harder than I might have on my own in the gym. This was especially true when it came to lifting heavier weights, which is a bit out of my comfort zone.

I'm back running & training in the gym consistently. I’ve gained confidence back in myself and my body. I've had a huge mindset shift around my relationship with food and body image, which I never thought would happen.

Being a runner before and during pregnancy I wanted to make sure I was returning to exercise in the safest way and as a pre/post-natal trainer and a runner herself, Claire was the perfect choice. She helped me build back strength in a safe way whilst also challenging me when she knew I was capable, even if I didn't!

Claire made up a training plan for me to workout at home as I have depression and anxiety and some days I struggle to leave the house. She also made a plan for the days I managed to go to the gym.
